Feeding my men works best if I plan ahead, particularly since M has become vegetarian. Here is my plan for this week.
Monday: Shrimp Tikka Masala, rice, veggies, cucumber-yogurt sauce, naan
Tuesday: Vegetarian tacos, Refried Beans, Salad
Wednesday: Cheese cannelloni, salad, garlic bread
Thursday: Burgers (choice of beef or bean), salad
Friday: Cook's night off = order in or eat out.
