Too true, too true...both of them! And here I thought this was unique to us South of the Border! Crass commercialism is not one of our better exports!
ReplyDeleteI haven't been near any store but the grocery store since Black Friday. On Black Friday I did got to the maul -- oops -- mall, but not to shop. I went for Amoeba's concert. Too crazy, too greedy, too commercial.
ReplyDeleteSO TRUE! I cannot imagine living in downtown T.O. and trying to shop though... it's tough enough in my neck of the woods to get a parking spot!! :D
