Sensational haiku Wednesday - Reality!

Join the fun!

This week's theme is REALITY.

sometimes I leave them
soaking in the sink all night
to be done at dawn

That's right folks.  The Lost Season 5 premiere was last night and we had to watch the recap first, as Z dropped out a season and a half ago.

So the dishes didn't get done.

Welcome to my reality!

Me too! And sometimes clothes don't quite make it to the dryer from the washer!

Sometimes that's just the best we can do for that day. As long as they get done before they become science experiments, you're good, haha.

Love the haiku!

Not like the world is going to end if we put enjoyment before chores, right? Well done :) (Wasn't LOST bizarre though?? Nothing new there, but eeeeesh)

If I leave dishes my husband does them and it drives me crazy because it's like a silent 'correction'...poor guy, he's just trying to help!

But it works -- now I almost always finish the chores I've started! Except laundry. I hate folding clothes.

Oh yes, this is a common occurence in our house! There's some sitting at the side of the sink waiting for my return home currently. I'm prioritising and maybe delegating too.

Thank you so much for not including any spoilers for Lost! It's in the DVR right now and we've yet to watch it.

What a great escape from reality though!
